July Scouting Begins
Well, it's that time of year again....Velveting bachelor bucks grazing late in the evenings; does running ragged trying to keep up with the fawns. We love this time of year....just the anticipation of catching a glimpse of the bucks passed up last year will drive you crazy! Last night, Martin and I glassed the farm but the bucks never appeared. After dark, Martin checked his trail camera and captured a great story line of Wile E. Coyote carrying off a fresh kill....we hope this wasn't a "Ghost Buck" offspring. -Will J.
